JEE Main 2020

JEE Main is the most popular Engineering Entrance Exam of India. Every year lakhs of candidates apply for the JEE Main Exam. It is also a gateway exam of Indian Institute of Technology. To appear in IIT Entrance exam you need to qualify JEE Mains exam. National Testing Agency conducts this exam every year twice in the month of January and April 2020. Formerly it was known as AIEEE exam when it was conducted by CBSE. Important Dates and Detail of JEE Mains

JEE Main Application Form

NTA will release the JEE main Application Form 2020 in the month of September 2019 and March 2020. In the application form you have to give your basic details like name, father’s name, Address of the candidate, Mobile no, email id, upload important documents, etc. The details which you provide must be as per certificates. If conducting authority find any kind of wrong information then it cancels candidature without return application fees. 

JEE Mains Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must know eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. We are providing complete eligibility criteria of JEE Main 2020 in the following points. 
  • Number of Attempts - Aspirant can appear in the JEE Main exam for three consecutive years. Since the entrance will be conducted twice a year, the aspirant can choose to appear in both the attempts. However, the attempt for a particular academic year will be considered as only one. 
  • Required Subjects in class 12th -It is mandatory for candidates to have taken 5 subjects in class XII or equivalent qualifying exam. These 5 subjects are Language, Physics, Mathematics, Any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject), Any other subjects. 
  • Age Criteria - No age limit for JEE Mains 2020. However, candidates need to pass 10+2 or the equivalent examination in 2019 or 2020. 

JEE Main Hall Ticket

Admit card for JEE Main will release in the month of December 2019. It is the most important document required for appearing in the exam. No candidate will be allowed to take entry in the examination hall without admit card. It will release in online mode at the official website of JEE Main. The conducting authority will not send admit card separately to any aspirant via post or any other medium. You must need to visit the official website to download your admit card.
